A Content Management System (CMS) is a graphical tool which enables non-technical users to remotely manage their website from anywhere that they have an Internet Connection. A CMS is designed so that users are not required to have any knowledge of HTML, or other developement skills, in order to edit their Web Pages.
Typically, a CMS consists of two elements, a Front-End and a Back-End. Front-End and Back-End are expressions that describe interfaces relative to the user. The Front-End interface is what your visitors interact with directly. While the Back-End interface is used by you to make changes to the Front-End interface.

My name is Rob Darling and I am an Ottawa based freelance web developer. I have been designing and developing websites for the past 5 years. I provide a wide range of custom web design and development solutions including: cms intigrated websites, advanced programing, flash animations, website templates and logo design.
